Step by step
We review your exhibition, stand space, products and budget together, then define your reception, display, meeting and storage needs.
We prepare a 3D design that reflects your brand. Layout, materials and equipment are considered alongside the scope of the quotation.
Once approved, your design goes into production at our own facility in Istanbul. Production and shipping are scheduled around the exhibition’s installation timetable.
We coordinate delivery to the venue and on-site installation. For international projects, transport and customs are also included in the planning.
We dismantle the stand according to the organiser’s schedule. Reuse and storage requirements are considered within the scope of the project.

Lima Fuar is an exhibition stand design and production company based in Istanbul. We combine our team’s experience since 2008 with the capabilities of our own manufacturing facility.
Alongside wooden and Maxima stands, we work on double-deck structures, large exhibition spaces and projects requiring specialist engineering. We coordinate design, production and on-site installation so that decisions support the project as a whole.
