Lima Fuar

Delivery Commitment

Your stand is ready before the show opens. Every time.

On-time delivery is not a target for us; it is a red line. We finish as early as possible so you have enough time to place your products and get the stand ready for visitors.

In Writing

Not a promise — a clause in our terms

Lima Fuar undertakes to complete the stand and hand it over to the client before the “end of build-up” time stated in the official exhibitor manual of the respective fair organiser.
General Terms of Service, Article 5 — Installation, Delivery and Force Majeure

This is not marketing copy; it is an article of the terms we share with every client. The organiser’s end-of-build-up time is not our deadline but our upper limit: our goal is to hand over well before it, early enough for you to set up your products comfortably.

How We Do It

Four decisions that make on-time delivery possible

01

Planning backwards

The schedule is built backwards from the time you need to place your products, not from the show opening. Production, shipping and installation dates are locked to that target.

02

Our own production facility

We build in our 2,000 m² facility in Istanbul with a team of more than 40 people. Because we do not depend on subcontractors, we control timing, priority and quality ourselves.

03

Shipping and customs in one hand

For fairs abroad we handle shipping, customs and on-site assembly ourselves. Every intermediary is a day that can be lost; we do not carry that risk.

04

Finish early, one point of contact

We hand over the stand as early as possible, not at the end-of-build-up time. From the first sketch to dismantling you deal with a single project lead.

Honest Limits

What the commitment does not cover

Some delays are outside our control and are listed explicitly in our terms:

  • Late handover of the stand space by the fair management
  • Bureaucratic or physical delays at customs or border crossings
  • Adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, war or sudden bans imposed by public authorities

We do not hide these in the small print. Everything is written down and clear from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my stand be ready before the show opens?+

Yes. 100% of our stands are handed over before the show opens, and this commitment is written into Article 5 of our terms of service. We finish installation as early as possible so you have time to place your products and get the stand ready for visitors.

Which time do you measure delivery against?+

The end-of-build-up time stated in the organiser’s official exhibitor manual. Our commitment is to hand over before that time; in practice we aim to finish much earlier.

Does this apply to fairs outside Turkey?+

Yes. In more than 30 countries, Germany first among them, our own team handles shipping, customs and on-site assembly. Customs-related delays count as force majeure under our terms, which is why we plan international schedules accordingly.

Aren’t double-deck and complex stands a higher schedule risk?+

That is our core expertise: every year we build at least 30 painted, double-deck complex stands of 5 metres or more. Because production is in-house, projects of this scale are delivered with the same schedule discipline.

Who follows the process?+

A single project lead. From the first sketch to post-show dismantling you work with the same person, and you hear about build-up progress from them.
