Our Exhibition Stand Services

Lima Fuar is an exhibition stand design, production and turnkey installation company. Since 2008 we have manufactured in our own facility in Istanbul and installed on site in more than 30 countries, above all in Turkey and across Europe. Because design, production, logistics and installation are all in-house, you have a single point of contact throughout the project.

We work across a wide range, from budget-friendly modular stands to multi-storey, engineering-heavy complex projects. A company exhibiting for the first time and a brand building the hall's largest main-sponsor stand get the same care — only the scale of the build changes.

Which Stand Type Fits You?

• Custom wooden stands: Designed from scratch, built entirely to your brand. For companies that want generous space, strong brand presence and original architecture. Most main-sponsor and double-deck projects fall in this group.
• Maxima modular stands: Built quickly from aluminium profiles, dismantled and reused at future fairs — the economical option. Advantageous if you exhibit several times a year.
• Congress stands: Compact, fast-build presentation spaces for congresses, symposiums and corporate events, engineered around the technical limits of hotels and congress centres.
• Shopfitting and interior design: From concept design to turnkey delivery for stores, showrooms and commercial spaces.

Every Scale, Every Budget

An exhibition stand does not have to mean a big, expensive structure. We work across the whole range, from modest stands built on tight budgets to main-sponsor projects of several hundred square metres. What matters is not just the square metres, but what you expect from the space and the budget in hand.

If your budget is limited: stands built with the modular aluminium system are noticeably more economical than custom production and can be dismantled and reused at the next fair. For first-time exhibitors, this is the smart starting point.

If you want a unique structure: with custom wooden stands designed from scratch, the architecture is entirely yours; every detail from product display niches to lighting is built around the project.

If the job comes down to engineering: double-deck stands, suspended ceilings and rigging, multi-open-sided island stands and 100 m²+ main-sponsor builds. A double-deck stand nearly doubles the usable area of the same footprint: products below, closed client meetings above.

These structures require structural calculations, load analysis, fire safety and separate fair-authority approval — which is why most builders decline them. That is exactly where we are strongest: we prepare the engineering, follow the approvals and install with our own crew. See examples of every scale in our project archive.

Rent or Buy?

If you attend one or two fairs a year and want a fresh layout each time, renting is more economical — no storage or maintenance either. If the same stand will serve three or more fairs a year, buying usually pays for itself within two or three fairs.

If reuse is your priority, the Maxima modular system is the right choice: the same profiles can be reconfigured for different sizes, and only the printed graphics need renewing.

Exhibition Stands Abroad

At fairs abroad the hard part is not the stand — it is the logistics: the freight plan, the ATA Carnet, customs, the local fair authority's rules and build-day coordination on site. We take on all of it.

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates are our regular markets. After production your stand ships from Istanbul, arrives before build-up day, and our own crew installs it and supports you throughout the fair.

Exhibition Stand Prices

A fixed price list would be misleading, because the deciding factors vary sharply from project to project: stand size, number of decks, materials, printed graphics area, furniture and technology, the country and the shipping distance.

Feel free to talk about budget openly. When you name your figure up front, we design the best build that figure allows — choosing materials, system and details accordingly beats trimming a project down later. And since design, production and installation are all ours, no subcontractor margins are added to the price.
