International Clients
Working with us from abroad, without surprises
Whether you are exhibiting at a fair in Turkey or in Europe and the Middle East, the currency, invoicing, customs and insurance are clear from the start. Our English-, German- and Turkish-speaking team runs the whole process from one hand.
Commercial Framework
Eight things to know before you start
Currency
We invoice in euros for projects in European Union countries and in US dollars everywhere else. Turkish clients at fairs in Turkey are invoiced in Turkish lira.
Invoicing and VAT
When the service is delivered outside Turkey and used outside Turkey, we issue a VAT-exempt invoice under the service-export exemption in Turkish VAT law. For fairs held in Turkey the service is delivered in Turkey, so Turkish VAT applies.
Payment schedule
The deposit and balance schedule is agreed per project and client and confirmed in writing with the quote. We do not impose a fixed template.
Insurance
We arrange transport insurance. Stand insurance depends on the country and the venue rules; we clarify at quote stage which party covers it.
Customs and ATA carnet
For fairs abroad we ship materials under an ATA carnet, temporary export or definitive export, depending on the project. Our team handles customs formalities.
Visa invitation letters
We do not issue visa invitation letters; exhibitors obtain them from the fair organiser. We recommend starting the application early.
Language
Our team includes English-, German- and Turkish-speaking project leads. Quotes and project communication can run in English or German.
Written framework
Our General Terms of Service are public; the on-time delivery commitment and the force-majeure limits are written in Article 5. Contracts are drawn up in English and Turkish; the courts of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes. No small print.
Exhibiting in Turkey
Your stand is built in Istanbul and handed over on the show floor
Stands built in our 2,000 m² facility in Istanbul are installed by our own team at venues across Turkey — Istanbul Expo Center, TÜYAP and CNR Expo first among them. You do not need a local partner, an interpreter or a second supplier: design, production, installation and dismantling run under one responsibility. 100% of our stands are handed over before the show opens.
